Roadrunner Transportation Services offers several different methods to request a pickup based on
your transportation needs.
This option allows you to generate a pdf BOL based on a series of questions. It will also
automatically email that BOL to the terminal for pickup. If you login
with your My RRTS account you will be able to save addresses and commodity information for
future use.
This option allows you to request multiple pickups for a single shipper by filling out only
basic information. These requests are sent into an internal system which will then generate
an email confirmation to you letting you know if the terminal will be able to complete the pickup.
This option is only available for My RRTS users.
RRTS provides several complementary tools to make the process of picking up your products easier.
This allows you to add, edit, and delete saved information for the Online BOL tool. From here you can
administer your saved shipper addresses, consignee addresses, third party addresses, and commodity
information. This option is only available for My RRTS users.
Need labels for your shipment ? The RRTS label maker will create labels complete with your Pro Number
bar code. You'll need to use Avery 5164 labels for printing.
