ROADRUNNER TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS OPENS NEW OUTBOUND TERMINAL SERVING NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY
Cudahy, WI - Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (NYSE: RRTS), announced the opening of a new terminal in the New York Metro area. The terminal, New York Metro (NYM), will provide outbound LTL service from New York and New Jersey.
The new terminal will immediately provide customers from the New York and New Jersey areas outbound LTL services to Illinois down through Texas and every state West of the Mississippi River.
Scott Dobak, President Roadrunner Transportation Services (LTL), said, "Roadrunner has provided customers unmatched quality with its inbound service to the Northeast. However, there was not a local terminal available for outbound service. The New York Metro terminal will capitalize on this opportunity while expanding service options to better meet the supply chain needs of our customers."
